Introduction to Engineering Workshop

Sign up to learn about engineering in our world (for 1st - 5th graders). Following a presentation about the various fields of engineering, we will dive into an interactive lab creating a paper airplane and will discuss the basic principles behind the flight process. With this newly found knowledge, we will work together through the engineering design process to develop and compare different prototypes of paper airplanes. This workshop does not require any past knowledge and is a fun and 'hands-on' way to learn about engineering. This is a one-time, one-hour workshop from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST on February 27th, 2022.
